It’s been a while since I submitted to a Blog Carnival, so I’m happy to say that my post, Recipe For a Personal Development Weekend - With Pictures is featured in this week’s Personal Development Carnival. As always, the carnival features lots of great posts. A few of my favorites were:
Take some time to read through some of the rest of the carnival offerings. Also, a big thanks to Lyman for hosting the carnival despite his need for a break.

I’m very happy to say that Never the Same River Twice had posts appear in two carnivals this week, and one from last week that I foolishly missed.
Lorraine Cohen hosted the Personal Development Carnival this week at her Powerfull Living blog.
And at Creating Abundant Lifestyles, Wanda Grindstaff hosted the Success and Abundance Mindset Carnival.
Also, and I apologize to Ananga for missing this last week, the Living by Design Carnival was featured at Living by Design.
Instead of highlighting only a few of the posts this week, I strongly urge all my readers to look at the Carnivals, read through the posts, leave some comments, and maybe Stumble or Digg your favorite posts.

I’m happy to report that Never the Same River Twice was featured in this week’s Carnival of Personal Development, which was graciously hosted by Carole at the Healthy Living Lounge.
This week’s carnival features nearly 40 articles covering a broad range of personal development topics. My favorites are:
6 Tips to Generate Outstanding Ideas at Litemind. This post emphasizes that generating a large quantity of ideas will eventually lead you to quality ideas.
Grad Money Matters shares some ideas for Surviving Personal Productivity Downtime. Turn to this post on those days when you just can’t get anything started.
Tupelo Kenyon gives us Methods as Temporary Tools Instead of Lifetime Crutches. As he says,
“As we grow, mature and discover more expansive perspectives, our methods grow too. It is only natural for our tools and techniques to evolve along with us. The trouble comes when we cling to an old method that we have outgrown. We feel bogged down and then stuck when our personal development potential is being limited by an outdated method.”
This post is near and dear to my change loving heart!

I’m happy to say that my post Do You Want to Work a Four Hour Workweek? was featured in this week’s Personal Development Carnival which was hosted at the always stimulating Creating a Better Life blog.
As always, it’s a great feeling to be featured along side so many other great bloggers. Two of my favorites from this week are:
Bad Buddhist vs. The Seventh Precept at Diary of a Bad Buddhist. I love a blog with a humorous name! This post does a great job of trying to tease out the intentions of one of the more antiquated sounding Buddhist precepts.
I Choose Happiness. Do You? at Millionaire Mommy Next Door. This is an awesome post about learning to be happy despite some really tough life circumstances.

I’m happy to say that my post Get Excited to Change Faster was featured in this week’s Personal Development Carnival which was graciously hosted at Personal Development for the Book Smart.
It’s an honor to be featured with so many of my favorite bloggers. Some of my favorite posts from this week’s carnival are:
The Top Ten Ways to Raise Your Mood at MoodRaiser.com. Adam Kahn shares some good tips for making micro-level changes that will help you have a better day.
Do You Have an Abundant Mindset? at INTJ Personal Development. INTJ challenges us all to take a look at our attitudes toward “enough” and “success.”
And the prize for the best post title goes to Help Me David Wann Kenobi; You’re My Only Hope at Millionaire Mommy Next Door. This is a guest post from Page Anderson-Torgrimson that describes her struggles with Affluenza for one of the book’s authors. I really identify with Page’s struggles to be green while dealing with all of the societal conditioning to want more, more, MORE!
I hope everyone gets a chance to browse through the carnival this week. Let me know your favorite posts.
