		<description>I actually still make resolutions. Just not on New Year&#039;s day. I used to do resolutions at the start of the year. But the 10 resolutions at a time were too much of a burden. I&#039;d work on 1-2 and neglect the rest of the things on my list. What happens now is I work at a change I want in myself and in my life whenever I feel the need for that certain change. I work at it regardless of the time of the year. I find that works better for me.
