Inspiring.  Thank you for pointing me to TED.com yet again.  I always forget about the good stuff there.

One of Martin Seligman&#039;s key ideas for the good life is to to get to the flow state by identifying your five highest strengths, and then recrafting your life such that you are using these as much as possible.
