I certainly believe in an open environment and leading by example - I&#039;ve had great success with that for the past many years. :-)

What would you say about managing your manager? I&#039;ve heard of people that are very successful in guiding their managers to lead them the way they need to, and have tried to practice that as well. But what would you do if you had a somewhat narcissistic manager yourself - you can&#039;t really lead by example there...
