Everyone wants inner peace! I don't think I've met anyone who doesn't...I mean seriously, truly doesn't...

Is the concept of inner peace really even achievable anyway? I believe so. For me, I don't keep a journal but I do keep a planner (a very detailed planner). This allows me to be accountable for my actions. I realize that in life you have a choice...when you become conscious of this fact you begin to accept responsibility for your life. Once you do that, all you have to do next is start implementing short, positive changes. And as the days go by, you'll realize that your wishes of inner peace are manifesting themselves into reality.

Thanks all for the kind words. I hope you enjoy the ebook and find it valuable.

@Ronnie - Meditation is great for a lot of reasons, but stress relief is definitely the quickest benefit.

The title of the blog comes from Heraclitus. He was an ancient Greek philosopher who studied motion. He is famous for saying that change happens so rapidly that "we never step into the same river twice."

I'll have to check out the e-book! Medition is huge...I just started this year and I love it.

I am interested to hear the story behind your blog title, "Never the Same River Twice". By any chance, does it have anything related to Marcus Aurelius?

Great blog...I'll be looking to reading more!

Hey Maria,

You've been busy! Excellent material in the e-book. Should be suggested reading for anyone looking for a way to break out of the hamster wheel of work/life.

Good Stuff!
