		<description>I have liked these posts on change theory.  For personal change I like Dr. James Prochaska&#039;s book
Changing for Good.  His model is the trans-theoretical model of change and encompasses 6 stages of the process.  It is easy to assess a persons place in the change process with a few questions.  Knowing your or their place in the process allows you to know what to do next for yourself or for them to help them get into the next stage of change.
