I am all for “don’t buy anything today” but have advanced to not buying anything for one full week. It’s easy if you plan it. Start by filling up your gas tank, having enough food in the fridge, etc. so you don’t have to run out for something and take snacks, lunch with you so you won’t have to buy anything all day every day. You will save a lot of time, money, trips and feel great. I am just a frugal person so it comes easy to me but with practice it gets easier. Good luck.

Thanks for that perspective, Rupal. It’s definitely possible to plan ahead and not have to spend additional money for at least a week - maybe even a month depending on your circumstances.
However, this series is about making Small Changes, so we want to start off with something simple
