I totally agree with you that while iwantsandy.com is an excellent application (though I dropped it due to the lack of integration with Google Calendar), there are some tasks that humans do better. Well, like managing your blog comments/articles management, replying your readers' emails & feedback, following up on your social marketing requests while you're on vacation etc. These are the needs I will look out for in a VA should I ever consider getting one. Right up my alley, too. I've always been a fan of stepwise change rather than the all-or-nothing mindset. Sometimes I get into the middle of changing something and learn along the way that another direction is a better choice than the original path I thought I wanted to pursue. Often, small changes here and there can make huge differences. I've learned a lot of that being a member of STC. Reading the articles from such a diverse group has broadened my outlook and stretched my thinking into many new areas that allow me to work better and smarter, and not just harder. Right up my alley, too. I’ve always been a fan of stepwise change rather than the all-or-nothing mindset. Sometimes I get into the middle of changing something and learn along the way that another direction is a better choice than the original path I thought I wanted to pursue. Often, small changes here and there can make huge differences.

I’ve learned a lot of that being a member of STC. Reading the articles from such a diverse group has broadened my outlook and stretched my thinking into many new areas that allow me to work better and smarter, and not just harder.
