ChangeLinks #3 – Have a Little Fun
For some reason I’ve been feeling a little serious lately. That’s not very typical of me. As my favorite t-shirt says, “Don’t take life so seriously – it’s not PERMANENT!”
Because of that, this edition of ChangeLinks focuses on fun articles that can teach a lesson, too.
3 Things You Can Do To Have A Great Sick Day from Rich at Aiming for Independence suggests that we ask, “What Would Ferris Bueller Do?” before calling in sick. I like it, I’ve got some vacation time, and I think I’m going to use it!
Project Armannd shared Lessons to Learn From a Boy and His Cat. The video link in this post leads to a very cute and actually educational video about the dangers of too much outside influence. Think about this video the next time someone tells you to “act normal.”
Finally, Ugly Mailbox may not be educational, but it is definitely fun. If you see an especially ugly mailbox in your life, take a photo and send it Linda.
That’s it for this edition of ChangeLinks. If you can here to learn or think about something serious, why not have a look at Life is a Temporary Assignment?

Hey there, thanks for including me on the list, I’m honored!
That’s good to hear, hope your sick day is one of the happiest, funnest days of your year!
What do you mean I’m not educational? I teach you exactly what kind of mailboxes to NOT have
@Armand – I’ve been following your blog for a short while and am really enjoying it. I look forward to more of your writing.
@Rich – If my sick day goes as planned, you’ll be reading more about it here. Thanks for the idea.
@Linda – I like to think that opportunities for learning come in all forms, so your site has plenty to teach:P
Great set of links! You have such good taste in picking out cool websites.
